HR manager

The HR is a key function in any organization. In Alfa Care we believe that our evolution heavily relies on the clarity of our goals, competency of our teams, and the strengths of our policies. We are looking for a Visionary; someone whose ideas matches ours. The HR Manager should possess the required competency skills that enables them to transform visions into reality through excellent planning and execution. A strong motivator, presenter and communicator, a disciplinary and a mediator.
Key Professional skills:
• Educated in the field of Human Resources, with a focus on HR Strategy.
• A minimum of 4 years’ all around experience in several HR Functions, with a proven record.
• 1-2 years’ experience in the same role.
• Team leadership/Process improvement experience are highly necessary.
• Startup experience is preferred.
• Experience in the Medical field is preferred
• Excellent command of MS Office and MS Visio.
