We are looking for a Visionary; someone whose ideas matches ours. The HR Manager should possess the required competency skills that enables them to transform visions into reality through excellent planning and execution. A strong motivator, presenter and communicator, a disciplinary and a mediator.
Key Professional skills:
• Educated in the field of Human Resources, with a focus on HR Strategy.
• A minimum of 4 years’ all around experience in several HR Functions, with a proven record.
• 1-2 years’ experience in the same role.
• Team leadership/Process improvement experience are highly necessary.
• Startup experience is preferred.
• Experience in the Medical field is preferred
• Excellent command of MS Office and MS Visio.
