The ideal candidate will lead the account development and penetration strategy for assigned customers or regions. They should be skilled at building and maintaining relationships with clients and work to provide exceptional customer service to clients.
Responsibilities:
1- Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and the company
2- Resolving key client issues and complaints
3- Developing a complete understanding of key account needs
4- Anticipating key account changes and improvements
5- Managing communications between key clients and internal teams
6- Managing account team assigned to each client
7- Strategic planning to improve client results
8- Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance
10- Collaborating with the sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling
11- Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training
12- Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines, expanding relationships and bringing in new clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- +1 Experience (b2b)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
