• Ensuring customers receive an outstanding customer experience, by meeting-and-greeting and answering product questions attentively on shop floor.
• Assessing customer needs and recommending suitable products.
• Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs.
• Build excellent customer relationships.
• Maintain optimal stock levels by assisting in stock checks and ordering stock from main warehouse or the local market.
• Calculating customer’s quotations.
• Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
• Offering after-sales support services.
• Meeting regular monthly sales targets.
• Recording and maintaining client contact data in our ERP system.
• Solving customers problems.
• Helping in the design of custom-made products.
• Reporting to the department’s senior sales engineer.
Location & Commitments
• Permanent, full-time role based in Cairo.
• 54 hours per week between 10AM and 7PM.
• Occasional out-of-hours work may be necessary.
