Examples of similar sites to what we are looking to build are http://www.vodpod.com (Vodpod is free and allows a user to collect videos from their own youtube account and other Youtube videos and organize them into a better than Youtube more customized channel) and http://www.vidcaster.com (free account on Vidcaster collects a users youtube videos and allows the user to organize that content into a nicer than Youtube channel with analytics and XML sitemap)
SERVER:

We have a dedicated Windows Server that is ready to go immediately to begin the project
MORE INFO:
=========
Once we have selected a programmer we will send mock templates to show the look and feel of the single channel we will build. New clients will register for an account, add their Youtube username/pass and our system will pull in their videos and info. and allow them to organize that content into a pre-defined channel template on our server. We will need basic analytics and an XML sitemap file for each user to be able to access. The user will also be able to search for ‘other’ Youtube videos which they can add to their collection for use in their channel on our system.
