Basic Requirements
Age: between 25 and 35 years
Education: University Degree in Civil Engineering
English: excellent written and spoken
IT Skills: excellent command of OFFICE (Excel+Word) and AUTOCAD 2011
Experiences: minimum 3 years in the same position (at least 2 years in Construction Sites)
Job Description/Main Tasks
1. Follow up the activities of a team of about 50 people of the Civil Subcontractor and issue reports.
2. Liaise between the Civil Construction Manager and the Civil Subcontractor
3. Monitor the Concrete Casts
4. Hand over Drawings and Instructions to the Civil Subcontractor according to the Guidelines of the Civil
Construction Manager
5. 50% of the time to be spent on Site ‐ 50% to be spent in the Office
6. Daily Interaction and Coordination with Site Technical Office & Site Supervisors of different Departments
7. Understanding the Meaning of the Documents and Drawings and reporting Mistakes and/or Discrepancies
