QUANTITY SURVEYOR MECHANICAL for Construction Site

Basic Requirements
Age: between 25 and 30 years
Education: High School Degree (preferably in Mechanical/Piping Disciplines)
English: excellent written and spoken
IT Skills: excellent command of OFFICE (Excel+Word) and AUTOCAD 2011
Experiences: minimum 3 years in the same position (at least 2 years in Construction Sites)
Job Description/Main Tasks
1. Determine the quantities of INSTALLED MATERIAL as per real progress of the Mechanical & Piping
Subcontractors.
2. Help the Planner to forecast the quantities of MATERIAL to be INSTALLED with a 4 weeks forehead.
3. 50% of the time to be spent on Site ‐ 50% to be spent in the Office
4. Create and maintain an Excel Database with the quantities of INSTALLED MATERIAL
5. Basic knowledge also with Electrical and Instrumentation Disciplines is welcome
6. Daily Interaction and Coordination with Site Technical Office & Site Supervisors of different Departments
7. Understanding the Meaning of the Documents and reporting Mistakes and/or Discrepancies
