FOREMAN English Speaking for Construction Site

Basic Requirements

Age: between 30 and 50 years
Education: General Technical Education (according to his Discipline) or equivalent proven experience
English: good written and spoken
IT Skills: good command of OFFICE (Excel+Word) –basic knowledge of AUTOCAD 2011 is welcome
Experiences: minimum 5 years in the same position (either in Construction Sites or Workshops)

Job Description/Main Tasks

1. Be responsible of a Team of 15/20 people in one of the following possible Disciplines:
• CIVIL
• MECHANIC
• ELECTRIC
• PIPING
• WELDING
• ERECTION
• EQUIPMENT’s MAINTENANCE
• INSTRUMENTATION
• MATERIALS
2. Guide his Team in order to meet the Site Targets according to the Work’s Schedule
3. Read and Understand DWGs and Manuals
4. Ready for Manual Works in case of need
5. Program Activities and respect the Work’s Schedule
6. Prepare Timesheets of his Workforce, control Behaviour and Safety of his Team
7. Manage Stock of Materials and Prepare Material Requests
8. 90% of the time to be spent on Site ‐ 10% to be spent in the Office
9. Daily Interaction and Coordination with Site Supervisors & Site Supertintendents of his and of different
Departments
