Age: between 30 and 50 years
Education: proven experience in his Discipline (Basic Technical Studies are welcome)
English: basic understanding
IT Skills: not needed
Experiences: minimum 5 years in the same position (either in Construction Sites or Workshops)
Job Description/Main Tasks
1. Be responsible of a Team of 5/6 people in one of the following possible Disciplines:
• CIVIL
• MECHANIC
• ELECTRIC
• PIPING
• WELDING
• ERECTION
• EQUIPMENT’s MAINTENANCE
• INSTRUMENTATION
• MATERIALS
2. Guide his Team in order to meet the Targets given by his Foreman of reference
3. Read and Understand DWGs and Lists of Materials
4. Participate to Manual Works together with his team
5. Control Behavior and Safety of his Team
6. 100% of the time to be spent on Site
7. Daily Interaction and Coordination with his Foreman of reference
