Job description:

- Review current sales strategy and improve it and be the owner of this new business unit sales strategy.
- Continue the establishment of a solid sales management performing team.
- Effectively communicate to GM and management team the progress
- Maintain a steady growth in sales
- Improve the current KPIs system achieving business targets
- Improve the current sales reporting system
- Ensure effective hiring, orientation, training, development and retention of sales persons.
- Provide supervision through field visits, observations and measurement of results to include performance appraisals and salary reviews.
- Proactively identify changes in the market, and competitive pressures to develop and modify strategies and tactics accordingly.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts broken-down by channel
- Partner with the other departments at mother company in the development of this new business unit.

Requirements:-
10:15 years of experience in the filed of food& beverage – high managerial& Leadership skills – familiar with the Egyptian Market- located Cairo or Alex.
