Job Description:
• Design and implement the annual marketing plan for the firm.
• Support review and coordinate the development and implementation of 2014 company mission: strong horizontal distribution and presence in the market.
• Develop the company marketing strategy.
• Develop the company marketing promotion activities such as the rate of sales in promotion period, percentage of sales in promotion and after promotion.
• Plan and administer the firm’s marketing operations budget.
• Negotiates with media agents and secure best contracts and agreements.
• Develop promotional materials including marketing collateral and print copies.
• Evaluate, develop and coordinate the company social media tools.
• Plan and implement a strategy for clients follow up.
• Meetings discuss all reports (sales value/SKU, R&D;, Design, Pac achievement).
• Prepare and report quarterly the marketing department KPI including financial performance profit and market share in addition to the client satisfaction levels analysis and feedback.
• Develop and administer marketing database.
Qualification:
• 4-7 years of experience.
• Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent and preferably an MBA
• Knowledge of business development, sales, marketing, brand management, public relations, communications, and social media as a business tool
• Strong leadership capabilities & excellent written and verbal communication skills
