Sales Executive - IT software \ Dammam – KSA

Job Description:

Outdoor Sales Operations.
Sell software products (Accounting Software, ERP Systems, CRM, HR & Payroll and Point of Sale Software Solutions)
Sale of services (IT Consulting, Integration systems, Specific Software development, Web site development). 
Maintaining and developing relationships with customers.
Attending initial sales meetings and meeting the client.
Relationship building.
Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
Preparing and delivering customer presentations and demonstrations of the software.
Cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings.
Researching the market and related products.
Gathering market and customer information.
Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
Determining a client’s business requirements and whether the products being considered are suitable.
Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy.
Meeting sales targets set by managers and contributing to team targets.
Job Requirements

More than 5 years experience on the same field.
Bachelor degree is required
Fluent bilingual skills (Arabic / English)
Capability to work with stress.
Sales & Telesales Skills Negotiation Skills
Highly self-motivated, with keen attention to detail.
Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Flexible attitude, reliable
Job Condition & Contract

2 years contract renewable for 2 years.
6 days of work per week (Saturday to Thursday) form 9:00h - 14:00h / 15:00h - 19:00h
Vacation 21 days after 12 months.
The accommodation is offered by the company
Salary 4.500 SAR per month + Commission until 3% of the sales (progressive)
