- Has a minimum experience of 10 years in the field of managing a furniture factory
/ or as a production manager at a furniture factory.
-Organised and capable of working under pressure.
- Good PR value and capable of dealing with workers.
- Capable of understanding financial statements and has a good experience in dealing with banks.
- Has good knowledge of wood precessing and upholstery machinery / procedures.
