Job Description
• Job holder will be a part of Client Support team.
• Directly interact with Staff, Agencies and VIPs clients to provide superior and consistent quality of travel services.
• Handle complex transactions and all advise staff on the finer points of difficult itineraries as well as provide them efficient travel solutions and up to date information.
• Understand issues faced by the staff (over phone or email) related to ticketing/ reservation/ cancellation etc. , providing solutions and handling travel related MIS
• Live Chats for providing online solutions.
• Handling all travel issues that face Employees and agencies
• Travel helpdesk should be able to work on all travel related products - (Air/ Hotel/ Package…etc) includes air booking, hotel reservations and handling Domestic travel, international travel.
