- Develops and maintains contacts with different recruitment sources, communities, and campuses.
- Communicates directly with contractors for providing casual labors.
- Develops a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
- Researchs and recommends new sources for active candidate recruiting.
- Identifies staff vacancies, prepares the short lists and interviews applicants.
- Prepares and arranges with the department heads all the technical interviews procedures.
- Ensures that new comers are full equipped, acquainted with their jobs through communication with all functional areas before and after employees hired.
- Conducts exit interviews with resigned staff, analyze the reasons of leaving and make the needed recommendation.
- Prepares the monthly reports regarding issues as internal mobility, hiring activities and turnover analysis.
