Roles and responsibilities :
-establish and implement purchasing policies, procedures and best practices
Identifies and researches potential new suppliers
evaluate contracts to ensure compliance with legal requirements and organizational policies
Qualification and education :
BSc in Civil Engineering or any related field
a minimum of 20 years experience
A minimum of 10+ years of experience in construction companies
