Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily operations of the store.
- Supervise and motivate sales staff, ensuring high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
- Handle cash register operations, including daily accounting and reporting.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Maintain the store’s appearance and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (mandatory).
- Stress tolerance and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in retail or store management is highly desirable.
- Basic knowledge of administrative and accounting procedures.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
- Proficiency in using basic computer applications.
Work Schedule:
Full-time position with a 6-day work week.
Specific working hours will be discussed individually during the interview.
