Looking for HR Recruiter for a reputed Construction Company at Abudhabi

Job Responsibility as follows:

-Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources

-Work very closely with Hiring Managers & Business head to plan and execute manpower requirement based on forecast across all level

-Involved in the whole array of recruitment that embraces interview coordination, Salary Negotiations and Fixations and Follow-up with the selected candidates till the time of joining.

-Applying Visa of the selected candidates by submission of required documents to the PRO team and keeping a close follow up.

- Sharing the visas with the candidates and assisting them with their travel plans.

- Do capacity planning for IT requirements, accommodation and other logistics for the new joiners.

المهارات
Any graduates with minimum 8 years of experience as recruitment role in construction industry
