الوصف الوظيفي
Aarna is a newly formed full service execution and clearing brokerage company registered and regulated by Abu Dhabi Global Markets. Aarna is a category 3A licenced company offering its customers truly global access in multiple asset classes to the world’s investment exchanges.

The role will be responsible for all aspects of daily operations and reconciliations and shall involve daily communication with Aarna’s counterparties and banks.

Reconciliation of daily volumes traded, using a wide variety of tools and services, and report any issues, or potential issues to management.
Continue development of current systems and procedures for monitoring the trading activities of Aarna’s clients and to escalate any appropriate issues
Reconciling T+1 cleared business between Exchanges, Third Party brokers/counterparties and internal booking systems
To perform daily exchange fee reconciliation across all markets to ensure Aarna and underlying clients are charged at correct rates
Performing Start of Day position check to ensure front end platforms match statements generated from internal booking system
Rectifying T+1 breaks on any exchanges and/or with brokers/counterparties
Such other assistance as may be required by the Directors, exchanges and/or counterparties

• Knowledge of financial services products and markets generally and preferably those relevant to Aarna’s business and that of its customers (e.g. exchange traded futures and options, foreign exchange and cash related products)

• Sharp analytical skills and an enquiring mind.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ‘team player’ approach
• Enthusiastic, methodical and diligent• Hight IT literacy skills
