IT Support Engineer

الوصف الوظيفي
1. Manage the company servers to ensure their smooth and secured running, enabling all users to perform their computer related work as required.
2. Manage the network (LAN and WAN) to ensure their smooth and secured running, enabling all users to use the network for their required IT communication.
3. Provide user support and troubleshooting user issues, finding reliable and dependable solutions as per the urgency and severity of the issue.
4. Install new products, updates and solutions on the relevant IT equipment as per the company policies and IT standards.
5. Perform physical checks to ensure equipment is working as required.
6. Manage the backup process on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis and ensure data is securely available as needed.
