الوصف الوظيفي Process purchase requisitions / orders within purchasing authority. Prepare and maintain purchasing records, reports and price lists. Invite, assess and award/recommend supplier tenders, bids, quotations and proposals. Establish and negotiate contract terms and conditions, and maintain supplier relationships. Assist in the development of specifications for equipment, materials and services to be purchased. Administer contract performance, including delivery, receipt, warranty, damages and insurance. Establish a detailed procurement program plan to determine appropriate specifications of required items. Source goods at the right quality and cost. Draft LPOs in cooperation with the Accountant. Collate supplier lists and negotiate contracts in cooperation with the company’s management. Logistics Duties: Ensure the goods are received by the end user at the right time frame and condition. Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues. Arrange the delivery with suppliers and clients. Check all materials delivered and prepare the delivery note. Prepare invoice and certificate and follow-up collection with the clients. Check the project items level of stock regularly.
