Talent Acquisition Specialist(6 Months)

الوصف الوظيفي
• Provide informal professional and technical guidance to management on hiring and outsourcing;
• Assist the management in developing the manpower plan and associated budgets while ensuring compliance with law and regulations;
• Assist management in hiring key UAE National leadership.
• Assist (as required) in conducting job analysis and developing/ reviewing (as required) job descriptions to facilitate the recruitment and retention of a qualified workforce;
• Work with the various Divisions regarding their recruiting, initiate recruitment procedures according to approved manpower plan and budgets and implement the training and orientation programs for new hires;
• Maintain relationships with suppliers, recruitment, search and advertising agencies to advertise vacancies and coordinate with them for sourcing of potential candidates;
• Maintain a database of various recruitment sources (job portal companies, recruitment agencies, universities, etc);
• Screen CVs in compliance with validated job descriptions as per HR Policy & Procedures;
• Arrange interviews with candidates and job owners;
• Ensure compliance in initiating and conducting background checks, and completion of new hire paperwork; coordinate with the General Services Division to ensure that visas, employment contracts and travel related formalities of the new recruits are processed in a timely manner;
• Ensure completion of all paperwork to fulfill joining formalities.

المهارات
 A Bachelors’ Degree in Personnel or Human Resource Management or equivalent as a minimum;  Certification in HR (CIPD, PHR, etc.) is preferable.  7+ years’ experience in HR, preferably in the government secotr;  Demonstrated skill in recruitment, hiring and selection.
