Gathering the Strategy and Business requirements
• Client’s objectives from implementing the EMP Framework.
• Gathering the requirements of all Client’s departments.
• Gather a high-level information about the current projects and classifications according to agreed criteria that will affect the PM model design.
• Identify all functional departments that will support the projects in the future (HC, Finance, IT, Legal, Strategy...).
• Identify the level and type of integration/Interfacing with the functional departments.
• High-level assessment of the Project management maturity level for employees.

IT Infrastructure assessment
• Network domains environments within and outside (Overseas projects).
• Client’s systems hosting environment.
• Existing systems status that will potentially interact with the EPM.
• IT Policy (Security policy…)
• Hardware and Software requirements.
• Database requirement.
• Data Exchange requirements.
• SharePoint project alignment.
Deliverables
• Strategy and Business requirements report
• Support in drafting an RFP for IT procurements and Training Certification requirements.
