As a member of the Raytheon Emirates Ltd (REL) team, The Director of Cyber Business Development will be focused on growing Raytheon’s cyber business in the UAE. The position is based in Abu Dhabi and reports to the REL Business Development Director, and will maintain a close linkage and collaboration with Intelligence, Information, and Services business in the US.
The Director of Cyber Business Development leads the REL cyber division efforts in the identification, development and closure of all UAE opportunities. The individual shall provide key entrepreneurial situational awareness and shall develop the necessary 360 relationships to support the capture strategy in all pursuits to include any and all potential partners within the UAE market. The incumbent will identify and qualify potential pursuits and coordinate all efforts leading to closure of these opportunities. Imperative to their efforts will be the ability and skill set to actively build a social network for data collection, market and competitive intelligence. Individual shall have extensive experience with Information Assurance, Computer Network Defense or IT and network security in either government or corporate settings, to include a current understanding of the cyber industry, global cyber market trends and technology/solutions.

Responsibilities:
Display entrepreneurial mindset with regard to emerging opportunities to include pop-ups as well as long cycle pursuits
System of Systems thinking and perspectives; solutions sales experience
Creativity and sense of urgency for accelerating customer relationships and business growth; ability to operate at the highest levels of the UAE market
Coordination point for all Raytheon businesses and international companies for cyber opportunities in the UAE
Oversee and drive opportunities to closure working closely with IIS Cyber Mission Area / /BD and other company business international personnel
Lead pipeline development and capture efforts in the UAE ; ensure pursuit transparency throughout the gating process
Coordination point for country sales representatives and consultants as appropriate
Set metrics and evaluate support

المهارات
Required Skills:
BA / BS Degree in a related discipline
Proven experience developing new business in the UAE
Demonstrated Knowledge of the UAE cyber market and competitive environment
14+ years of industry experience to include significant cyber experience in Business Development or Program Management
Technical and product knowledge
Demonstrated relationships with key UAE decision makers, partners, and industry
Executive Presence and Influence including strong verbal and Written Communication Skills

Desired Qualifications:
Advanced degree in a related discipline
Currently holds at least 1 industry-standard information security management certification from a vendor or product neutral certification entity (e.g. CCISP, ISC2, ISACA, GIAC)
US Export / Import Strong familiarity and experience
Offset experience
Knowledge and demonstrated experience with most of the following technology areas:
Security COTS integration
Security information and event management
Insider threat monitoring
Vulnerability assessment / testing
ID and authentication schemes
PKI and ID Management
Malware analysis
Wireless device security
