Respond to queries either in person or over the phone. write training manuals. maintain daily performance of computer systems. respond to email messages for customers seeking help. Ask questions to determine nature of problem. walk customer through problem solving process. install, modify computer hardware and software. Clean up computers Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems. Resolve technical problems with LAN, WAN and other systems. Install computer peripherals for users. Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved. Handling administrative task given by IT section Manager Managing Service Desk Handling business continuity report. Handling IT executive report Handling IT operation monthly report Training IT principles for new joiners Handling IT Support and Operation weekly report.
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science and management information systems 5 years minimum experience in IT Support and Operations field have basic knowledge of Network have basic knowledge of Servers Able to work in weekends
