الوصف الوظيفي • To promote and instill a culture of ‘Safety and Environment first’ at any POM companies’ level. • To develop and coach a highly performing team. • Set department annual budget and operating plan, ensuring HSE Department operates effectively, within budget and in accordance with SLAs. • To manage staff effectively and according to organizational policies and legislation, especially equality, diversity, fairness and dignity in the workplace. • Provides technical support to management on HSE Management System expectations and regulatory compliance (OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001) • Maintain accurate record-keeping and legal reference details and review on regular basis to ensure legal compliance with Regulatory Authorities and with OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001. • Implement programs of EHS Inspections/Audits, Near Miss Reporting and Hazard Identification and monitor to ensure safe working and living environment for internal and external clients and suppliers. • Ensure Emergency Team Members have the necessary training to tackle emergencies. • Review and analyze the training needs, both team and employees, of in order to implement training programs, where necessary, to ensure required competency and customer service attitude levels are achieved المهارات Certified lead auditor and deep knowledge on ISO 31000 would be an advantage.
