الوصف الوظيفي Preparation of bi-lingual or Arabic legal documents such as Power of Attorney, Memorandum of Incorporation of companies, Share Transfer Agreement, Shareholders Agreement. Drafting the constitution documents for incorporating Limited Liability Companies in the UAE and other Gulf countries. Liaising with Notary Department and PR Department in processing documents which needs notarization and signing at the Notary. Liaising with external lawyers in following up litigation matters. Liaising with external lawyers in middle eastern jurisdiction to take their opinion in incorporating companies or transferring the shares of the existing companies. Liaising with governmental authorities such as ICAD, Municipality, RERA, DED, in processing company documentation from time to time. Keeping the records relating to incorporation of companies and changes to the documents of companies. Preparing unofficial translation of Arabic documents. Assisting the Group Legal Counsel in matters related to preparing various legal documents required by the company.
