Job Details:
Direct construction, procedures, and maintenance activities at project sites.
Organize with contractors which guarantees easy movement of work.
Monitor development and accumulate reports in project status.
Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety standards.
Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility.
Compiling job specs and supervising tendering procedures.
Making sure sites meet legal guidelines, and health and safety requirements.
To communicate and work effectively with the team.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Any project received by company you have to give BOQ, material cost, labor cost, work breakdown structure.
Job Requirements:
Graduate/ Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Applicant must have UAE Experience. (2-3 Years Minumum)
Good communication and Supervising skill required.
Nationality : Arabic
