Business Development Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
This Position will be based in Abu Dhabi and requires a seasoned professional with experience in retail, facilities management, business development, procurement, and sales. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive internal and external Business plan that would increase revenues and profits. This position is expected to uphold the mission and values established by the organization.
Candidate should be able to:
• Oversee the activities of FM Strategies
• Identify market trends in retail, facilities management, hospitality. Identify, analyse and recommend specific business opportunities for the profitable growth
• Define product target audience and pricing strategy
• Build and manage strong tenants/clients relations
• Set and manage a budget for sales and marketing strategy
• Identify strategic partnership and develop strategies enabling expansion and Business diversification
• Provide guidance and leadership to department employees to ensure an effective and efficient flow of work
• Communicate and discuss the department’s guidelines and procedures with employees to ensure responsibilities, authorities, and accountabilities are defined and understood

المهارات
The ideal candidate should have:
• Min. 15 years’ experience in the retail/hospitality FM/Engineering
• In-depth expertise in real estate leasing, selling/marketing, budgeting and cost control
• Great leadership, negotiation, communication skills and supervisory skills
• Managerial competence and ability to perform under pressure
• UAE market and competitor knowledge
• Strategic Thinking and Problem Solving/Analysis skills
• Financial and Time Management skills
• Customer/Client Focus and Communication Proficiency
