Overview:

Huxley is currently working with a well renowned bank that is on the lookout for an IT Security Engineer Application to be a part of their Digital Office.

Title: IT Security Engineer Application

Reporting to: : Head of IT Compliance & Security Architecture

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities:

The Application Security Architecture will require design, governing and testing application or installations for the group.

The Application Security Architecture will work closely with Enterprise/Data & Solution Architects to design and contribute to security and enterprise architecture strategy, principles & patterns/frameworks.

The Application Security Architecture will create and review secure architecture patterns and frameworks that are practical and implementable.

The Application Security Architecture will monitor current security trends, threats, regulations, advisories, alerts and vulnerabilities pertaining to the Financial Services industry and include them in the Security Architecture Strategy, patterns and frameworks.

Experience:

Minimum 8 years’ experience in an IT environment.

2+ years of work experience within a Bank.

Good level of technical knowledge and understanding of security architecture within banks.
