الوصف الوظيفي Identify and unlocking business opportunities Develop and generate leads Develop and manage field Sales Department. Recruit, hire, train manage and motivate field sales team to accomplish sales goals. Develop and manage sales programs to ensure achievement of company sales goals and targets. Develop and manage work schedules and daily activities of department, identify problem areas and direct corrective actions. Ensure that Sales Representatives comply with all policies, processes and procedures. Provide ongoing coaching through leadership, encouragement, and constructive feedback. Ensure that sales representatives follow-up with all the leads received in the different types of media, referrals, etc. Clearly define sales goals and expectations for department. Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure sales department is providing exceptional customer service. Maintain thorough knowledge of construction and real estate industries. Creates and updates accurate sales reports as required. Conducts strategic sales meetings and training sessions. Uphold company core values and enforce company policies at all times. Work closely and effectively with other departments and managers.
