CURRENT VACANCIES
We are currently building a high-performance team of Associate Consultants, Senior & Principle Consultants with full cycle recruitment experience in Board & CEO, executive management, senior level technical assignments for the industries having an extensive exposure on hiring Engineers, Scientist, & technical Experts for their clients.
Practice Leaders – feel you are ready to build and lead a team and seeking an entrepreneurial environment that offers a ‘pioneering’ spirit? This will be a hands-on role that will combine personal delivery of assignments with team leadership and specialist sector domain knowledge.
Consultants/Senior/Principle Consultants - will be granted 360-degree responsibility for the entire life-cycle of an assignment that will include business and proposal development, search, selection and presentation of candidates, process and offer management through to the collection of outstanding fees.
Associate Consultants - will provide critical and highly valuable support to the Consulting team through the provision of industry and functional market-mapping, name gathering, and candidate pre-screening. All Associates will be encouraged to develop their skills and experience to allow for accession to ‘Consultant’.

Associate Consultants will bring a minimum of 2 years’ experience within the recruitment/Executive Search industry and similarly offer an exceptional and demonstrable track record of performance.
Excellent written and verbal skills and a positive attitude are all essential ingredients.
