Operations Manager - Interior Fitouts
Salary: based on experience.
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

As a result of the expansion and projects comping up within the Abu Dhabi market, we are seeking an exceptionally driven Civil Engineer to lead all operations in the Emirate.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the projects through the contracting team
* Be able to improve on logistics and overall delivery
* Plan, staff and supervise all assigned worked, and established a network of continuous information and data between the commercial, design, procurement, and production department.
* Provide support to any number of projects from an operational and resource standpoint.
* Responsible for developing strong field force for various sites by monitoring availability and flow of personnel and well as assigning teams to projects.
* Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
* Prepare and present client proposals / quotations to secure new business
* Oversee all operations.

المهارات
Requirements
* Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant experience.
* Minimum of 8 years post graduate experience of which 2 to 3 years exposure to the Abu Dhabi Market and at Senior level
* Possess strong leadership and organizational skills
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal are essential
* UAE Driving License
