1. Discovering, exploring opportunities & identifying trendsetter ideas by researching the market & related events, publications & announcements.
2. Research and capitalize on different marketing opportunities to improve product marketability and profitability.
3. Researching potential target industries and client.
4. Making sure the company is Search Engine Optimised to maximise inbound sales opportunities.
5. Identify trends and determine system improvements to achieve marketing and sales operational goals.
6. Identify different client’s requirements to properly identify marketing opportunities
7. Analysis the new projects tenders documentation, and develop the new projects scope statement.
8. Prepare an annual budget to meet marketing and sales financial goals.
9. Prepare the new project technical, and financial proposal.
10. Lead the project implementation activities, according the project master plan.
11. Day to day management of the sales team ensuring they are on track for achieving KPI’s.
12. Setting sales and marketing KPI’s to manage activity within the team.
13. Anticipate new opportunities to maintain relationship with important clients.
14. Gather, investigate and summarize data and trends to provide accurate information through reports.
15. Collaborate with other managers and key employees in sales and marketing department to achieve important goals.
16. Working with sales team on approaches to building business.
17. Training the sales team on sales techniques and giving advice.
18. Ensuring the sales team update the CRM (Customer relationship management) effectively with all appropriate data.
19. Performance managing underperforming members of the sales team.
20. Develop field sales action plans and advertising to accomplish marketing and sales goals.
21. Overseeing all marketing activity and ensuring it fits with the marketing strategy.
22. Arranging for the company to attend relevant industry events and conferences.
23. Reporting on activities towards targets to the company General Manger.
24. Attending meetings with clients alongside sales consultants.
25. Putting together a content marketing strategy for the company.
26. Support the finance department in the collection process for the new projects, in accordance to the agreed method of payment, and physical achievement of the project data (scope, dates, and values).
27. Identify the projects risks, and prepare risk management plan, including risk response plans, and recommending actions to mitigate any unknown risks.
28. Represent the company in a professional manner in the local and international events, and enforce a professional attitude in communicating with the clients, and team members.
المهارات
Bachelor degree on sales, business administration , or similar.
Ten years of relevant Sales and Marketing in sports.
Expected to perform duties and responsibilities in professional manner, and according to the international standards.
Excellent analytical ,and communication skills as statistics ,and financial reporting is an essential elements for the position.
