الوصف الوظيفي Responsible for creating a culture of service in the store. Ensure the client’s satisfaction, even in difficult situations, assuming responsibility at the point of sale. Constantly inspire and motivate the team to work towards a common vision and purpose. Analyze all aspects of the business and manage the shops P & L. Analyze sales and marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; handling conflicts and discipline problems and following up on work results Identify training needs to improve the knowledge base of the staff and utilize cross-training methods to maintain productivity when employees are absent
At least 5 years of experience in retail at a managerial or supervisory level, preferably in fashion, health and beauty, hospitality or any service oriented industry. Excellent communication skills – Arabic and/or French would be an advantage Natural motivator, able to balance praise with correction. Time management and organization skills Decision making skills Service-oriented and results driven Very good leadership skills
