• Follow up PO deliveries.• Drafting shipping documents, apply COO.• Taking care of all courier shipment, documents and none documents, import and export.• Working closely with shipping companies/shipping agents for clearing the incoming shipments from Sea Port, Airport orborders. Ensure all the shipments are cleared on time and demurrage free. (None Sales Related). Includes Temp Importand Export, Maqasa.• Apply government permits, obtain ESMA, FANR approval.• Work with Freight forwarders to get quotations for shipments. Determine the most efficient and economical way to ship,and obtain approval before shipping.• Submit and refund all the deposit paid to the Customs, either for temporary import or deposit for lack of documentation.• Update shipment information and status (import and export) on our shipmen monitoring sheet.• Saving shipping documents, delivery documents to the shared PO folder.• Updating API, ISO Critical Vendor Deliveries monitoring.• Apply for Duty Exemption for high value incoming shipments consigned to Tuboscope Manufacture.• Complying with hazardous shipment compliances.• Checking and correcting the shipping documents from the shippers for all incoming Bookkeeping current and accuraterecord for all shipment.• Updating concerned parties and companies for the latest government regulations in clearing the shipments.• Complying with Import and Export Compliance according to organization, federal and government regulations.
المهارات
• At least 5 years logistics, shipping experience. familiar with the process for the tasks stated above. Certification holdershave the hinger priority.• Certificate in procurement and supply will be advantage too.• Experience in using JD Edward will be an advantage as well.• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.• Excellent in English communication (Equals or above Toefl level 7)• Excellent in Ms. Office: Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Outlook…• UAE driving license is a must.
