Job Purpose: Carry out and lead the duties of maintenance, testing, calibrating and operation of the fixed and portable firefighting fire detection equipment, firefighting, oil spill fighting equipment and all safety evacuation appliances & related budget preparations. Lead the duties of Emergency Response fire Chief role and implement Emergency Response approved Scenarios exercises and emergency Drills & training for Search & Rescue teams, Life Boat coxswain, Oil Spill fighting response, and fire watch, Fire Fighting and helicopter crash & HLO teams. Hold responsibility of maintenance and availability of personal life-saving equipment and appliances.

Minimum Requirements:a. Completion of Secondary technical education (12 years) or equivalent, plus Safety specialized diploma (2 years) or higher.b. 8~10 years practical experience in operation and maintenance of fire management and lifesaving activities in offshore oil/gas production using modern firefighting/lifesaving methods and all related equipment & gas detection, oil spills, dynamic firefighting assessments and, training of emergency response teams on basic entitlements linked to this post.c. Valid training in advanced fire fighting leader, BOSIET, H2S, OPITO gas tester, Coxswain. NEBOSH Oil & Gas preferred.
