This opportunity is with a large multinational company based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
As a Security Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing security policies, protocols and procedures, controlling budgets for security operations and monitor expenses, train and supervise security officers and guards.
You will coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms, investigate and resolve issues, create reports for management on security status and analyse data to form proposals for improvements.
المهارات
To be successful, you will have at least 10+ years of experience in security management and hands-on knowledge in dealing with tenants, civil defence, police or other stakeholders. A bachelor’s degree in Management or related field will be preferred.
