SOC Assistance Operations Manager

Onsite SOC Assistance Manager will work collaboratively with clients and senior leads on building and operating SOC environment, achieving the security operation objectives and monitor a team of security professionals to respond to threats.
• Drive operational excellence to achieve the SOC Vision & Mission.
• Provide the SOC director with information related to operations performance including cost allocation.
• Lead and oversee the SOC operations team to ensure they are performing efficiently.
• Track the SOC operational metrics and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Ensuring SOC operational services & resources availability and ensure 24x7 delivery.
• Coordinate with business and service providers to identify and resolve any service delivery issues.
• Set priorities across the team based on client and business requirements.
• Manage the 24x7 monitoring, analysis & alerting of security events and incidents escalations.
• Manage security incident responses, by engaging the responsible teams, and escalating to clients as needed
• Work with operational teams to help regularly generate and report on the performance and capacity metrics.
• Develop a management information report to provide a weekly/monthly/quarterly trend on performance and capacity metrics and recommendations to improve service capacity.

المهارات
• 5-8 years’ experience in SOC operations and management.
• Expertise in Security monitoring & analysis platforms, IR tools, & related technologies (SIEM RSA ,Securonix, Cybersponse, Tenable Metasploit – Appspider ,Tableau, Crowdstrike ,SQRRL, Confluence Horton Networks)
• Strong leadership & communication skills.
• Excellent analytical skills.
