Strategic
• Support in the development of the Activation Division’s strategic objectives
• Assist in the periodic review of existing Beneficiaries Affairs policies and procedures to achieve operational efficiency
• Contribute to the oversight of the operational performance of the section against the set objectives and KPIs on a regular basis
• Contribute to promotion of innovation and excellence, and collaboration between divisions and the use of technology
• Support the implementation of and adherence to policies and procedures applicable to the section

المهارات
• Manage the activation program portfolio ensuring that there are sufficient and appropriate programs to meet market demand and match the skills of the beneficiaries
• Oversee analysis to identify gaps in the activation program portfolio, based on market analysis, at a macro level
• Lead the SSA relationships with activation program providers
• Report on the comprehensiveness of existing activation programs, ensuring that feedback is used effectively to make improvements to the portfolio of activation programs
• Supervise the research and identification of new activation programs, within the public and private sectors
• Manage the establishment of new relationships with potential activation program partners
• Liaise with government and private sector organisations to develop new programs that have been identified as needed
• Act as the primary point of contact and SME for information on activation programs
