Description of the Role:
The ideal candidate should have previous experience and knowledgeable in application of water and energy conservation strategies, statistical analysis, and excellent interpersonal communication, analytical and sound business writing skills.
• Development & implementation of M&V;plans for irrigation and water conservation projects.
• Owns and manages tools & processes that ensure timely collection and accurate data entry of utility bills or other monitored consumption sources for M&V;portfolios.
• Performs irrigation water and energy savings calculations, operational savings calculations, life cycle cost analysis and feasibility analysis of recommendations and associated risks;
• Conducts in-depth site surveys to identify operating inefficiencies within the facility; analyzes utility bills; analyzes financials; meets with contractors and provides technical solutions that are creative, economical and technically sound.
• Creates financial models and business cases based on the parameters given by the customer and the results of the projects being developed
• Help estimate M&V;cost at different levels of performance contracts.
• Communicate with technical and non-technical customers both internal and external.
• Responsible for the creation of high quality / high value performance reports that convey added value and analysis of cost reduction to contract specifications and/or guarantees to the client.
• Review bid/contract packages for quality assurance and making sure that M&V;requirements are properly identified.
• Participate in data collection and performance verification of retrofitted equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
Salary:
25,000 AED - 30,000 AED

المهارات
Required Candidate Profile:
• Degree in Civil, Irrigation or Mechanical Engineering.
• Certified Measurement and Verification Professional (CMVP)
• 10+ years of relevant experience with emphasis on UAE experience
