Service provider / contractor management Performance monitoring Safety and work quality checking, including inspections, spot checks, etc. External teams / outsourced (rather than internal teams), complex and fast paced high profile reputation service facility, airport terminals, shopping centres, hotels, hospital Sound problem solving ability / troubleshooting both contractor performance and technical Take ownership of assets/facilities/systems Some hands on approach, to go to site when there is a problem.
