Our client, an Abu Dhabi-based asset and facilities management organisation is urgently looking to hire a Specialist - Contract Hard Services, with previous experience in or exposure to the airports industry. Experience

Airports/Asset Management/Facilities Management background

Service provider / contractor management

Performance monitoring

Has managed or is proven able to manage maintenance and defect arrangements during major

Construction project DLP.  E.g., airport terminals, shopping centres, hotels

Safety and work quality checking, including inspections, spot checks, etc.

Fully understands and has worked with permit to work processes, ie hotworks, confined space entry, fire system isolation.

External teams / outsourced (rather than internal teams), complex and fast paced high profile reputation asset/FM environment

Sound problem solving ability / troubleshooting both contractor performance and technical

Take ownership of assets/facilities/systems

Some hands on approach, to go to site when there is a problem.

On call 24/7 if there is an issue, and prepared to go to site out of hours as necessary.  Will be primary point of contact.
