Our client, an Abu Dhabi-based asset and facilities management organisation is urgently looking to hire a Specialist - DLP Contract Hard Services, with previous experience in or exposure to the airports industry. Experience
Airports/Asset Management/Facilities Management background
Service provider / contractor management
Performance monitoring
Safety and work quality checking, including inspections, spot checks, etc.
External teams / outsourced (rather than internal teams), complex and fast paced high profile reputation asset/FM environment
Sound problem solving ability / troubleshooting both contractor performance and technical
Take ownership of assets/facilities/systems
Some hands on approach, to go to site when there is a problem.
On call 24/7 if there is an issue, and prepared to go to site out of hours as necessary. Will be primary point of contact.
