Experience
Airports/Asset Management/Facilities Management background
Equivalent experience in similar role managing building control and permitting systems.
Review of building documents and fitout / change applications from tenants and internal project parties
Occupier compliance against permits
Manage permit applications to commence works systems, including HSE considerations, for both project and maintenance environments
Liaise with building owner with respect to change requests
Service critical environments and public areas - airports, hospitals, hotels, shopping centres
