الوصف الوظيفي
Keeping updated records of sub contractor’s rates and labor productivity rates.
Prepare the Tender Brief for all new tenders and present to the Management.
Assign the Senior Estimator for the new Tenders.
Attend the site visit/pre-tender meeting.
Prepare the Preliminaries and General Requirements of the new tenders including organization chart.
Coordinate with the different departments in the company and compile all information to fulfill the requirements of new tenders.
Prepare the correspondence which is to be submitted with the Tender Submission.
Finalize the direct cost of the project with the Senior Estimator before meeting with the Commercial Director.
Finalize the direct, indirect and mark-up with the Commercial Director and submit the final offer.
Attending the Post-Tender meeting to discuss the Commercial/Technical offers with the Client/Consultant.
Discuss and finalize the revised offer with the Commercial Director/CEO.
Finalize the clarifications to be submitted for the Commercial/Technical offer with the Commercial Director/CEO.
Make sure that the Tender is submitted in line with the Instructions to Tenderers.
