JOB SUMMARY:
To effectively manages the Sea Freight Forwarding Operation & Customer support service for Abu Dhabi.
General Responsibilities:
• Develop & implement plans for the sea freight department; proactively manage and monitor customer expectations; create and maintain open lines of communication with the client.

• Negotiate rates with carriers for sea shipments with an understanding of the market.

• Manages key accounts and maintains excellent relationship with them to facilitate the business

• Follow and implement the policies, procedures, and best practices that would bring in best working operation efficiencies and improve customer satisfaction.
