الوصف الوظيفي The main responsibilities of the Quality Lead we are looking are the following tasks which include but are not limited to: Check-calibration, tests, quality processes and requirements, customer requirements and operational application and record results Perform visual inspection, measure the coating thickness and record results Assist in the pipe tally and insure that the measurements are correctly made and recorded Check conformity to SOP guidelines or customer specification in all operational. Insure it is reported to QC Supervisor if any and assure corrective actions are implemented Develop Work Instruction as required Distribute Work Instruction accordingly Monitor production and inspection Monitor and requisition Gauges for calibration Control Re-processed pipes, spools and fittings (NSC Reports - closing out) Provide inspection support as required Follow all the Company HSEMS, QMS, policies and procedures Requirements Good communication skills Experience in pipes and coating is a Plus Knowledge in QA Documentation and audits Minimum 3-years experience in quality environment Candidates outside the UAE are welcome to join.
