System Support Engineer

الوصف الوظيفي
- Ability to supervise, manage and support Store IT infrastructure support team within UAE and GCC.
- Planning and executing Store IT budgets and monitoring actual spend vs budget. Experience in conducting cost-benefit analysis.
- Planning, executing and supervising Store openings and closures.
- Experience in working with Store IT equipment/devices and different technologies.
- Experience in vendor management, contract negotiation and project management.
- Implementation of ITIL/ISO standards to improve IT service management.
- Liaise with vendors/suppliers, ISPs, and contractors.
- Experience in sales posting, data synchronization and exchange process between Store POS system and HO server.
- Ability to design network, configure devices and proactively monitor health status.
- Ability to manage the store IT setup independently and through teams.
- Experience in System Servers (i.e. Active Directory, Exchange, firewalls, etc.)
- Implement IT Asset management across all countries.
- Experience in installing and configuring POS machines and Desktops.
- Organizing the workflow for the team members and ensure that they have performed those duties with at most commitment.
- Perform store closing and store opening procedures with high level commitment.
- Ability to take care of complete IT asset details related to store as well as Back office.

المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in IT OR A+,N+,MCP,MCSE,CCNA Certified.
