Description:
KBR are looking for an ambitious and motivated Industrial Services
Professional to join our team in EMEA. The Director of Industrial Services
will possess excellent collaborative, innovative and communication skills.
You’ll be able to effectively build and manage valuable relationships with
stakeholders and demonstrate a real passion for achieving results. Reporting
to the Business Unit President you will be responsible for the successful
leadership, management and strategic growth of Technology Led onshore
Industrial Services primarily in the LNG and downstream hydrocarbon sectors. Although a global role, your initial focus
will be on the complete Olefins and LNG global supply chain in the MENA
region. Role
Responsibilities:
Provide safety leadership and assure safe execution of all operations, consistent with cost, schedule and contractual requirements
Drive through white collar smarts, supported by blue collar partners in Preventive / Predictive Turnaround and Maintenance
Implement a Digital platform supported by own Technology domain expertise to drive Shared Services Offering
Maintain global bottom line accountability for financial and technical success in the Downstream Hydrocarbon and LNG Industrial Services sector and Turnaround
Develop a complete business plan and implement strategies to achieve the business goals and objectives as set by the Executive Leadership Team
Build and manage a pool of global resources to provide customer driven asset management services including engineering, brownfield project execution, Turnaround, facility debottlenecking through to maintenance support and decommissioning
Provide management and oversight of the industrial services and turnaround businesses operations including joint ventures and alliance partners within the Industrial Services sector
Leverage existing and seek out new Master Service Agreements to grow sustainable Industrial Services business with Tier 1 clients and developers
Manage the growth and digital transformation of remote operations and turnaround and maintenance services
Work closely with Sales/Business development to evaluate and interpret requirements and identify strategic goals and targets
Identify synergies across the broader business and seek pull through opportunities for Turnaround and Industrial Services with other KBR global business’ (i.e. studies, major capital projects).

About You

Skills & Experience
15 years’ of engineering and construction industry experience
Good knowledge of Digitalization / Preventive and Predictive Turnaround and Maintenance
10 years’ experience in Turnaround / industrial services/facility support
10 years’ experience in Downstream hydrocarbon / LNG
5 years’ in Project/Services Management
Collaborative, Relationship driven, Communicative, High business acumen, Innovative, Results orientated

Qualifications
Bachelor Degree required
