Process Design Specialist

الوصف الوظيفي
• Determine scope of work for a given process /policy design, mapping, modeling, development, review and following up on stakeholders document signoff.
• Identify key processes / policies, stakeholders and audience to participate in process or policy design, mapping, modeling, review, development and reengineering.
• Mapping of existing processes or new process and identifies opportunities to improve its efficiency and effectiveness.
• Information gathering and analyzes of existing or new process/policy requirements, parameters, process maturity levels, assigning process ownerships and defining each stakeholder’s roles and responsibilities.
• Understand / identify the root causes for new process design or existing process improvement.
• Provides consultative support to all levels of engineering department to effectively manage and facilitate various process improvement and design initiative, including conducting ?AS IS? gap analysis and preparing the ?To Be? process along with the subject matter experts/ stakeholders.
• Standardize the necessary improvement or change on wide scale process/policies development initiatives.
• Able to use processes/policies design, mapping, modeling, development and analysis techniques and tools found in international standards such as: TL9000, , Lean- Six Sigma, Agile, eTOM, TOGAF, ITIL and ISO.
•Able to demonstrate to use different type of process modeling methodologies i.e Swim lane, flowchart, Matrixes, SIPOC (Supplier Input Process Output Customer), negotiating OLAs etc..
• Demonstrate communication skills in presenting solutions and accountability for taken activity and follow up actions with all concerned stakeholders.
• Develop methods of measuring Processes effectiveness and performance, identifying improvement and design opportunities and recommend the necessary deliverables to achieve the desired goals.

المهارات
•Bachelor’s Degree in Telecom /Electrical Engineering.
•Three years’ Experience in service providing Telecommunication Company.
•Completed advanced Training in process design, mapping, modeling, implementation, auditing, development, review, statistical Process Control, Problem solving & decision-making, Performance Measurements & Process Improvement Methodologies.
•For specialist: 4 years hands-on experience in process design, mapping, modeling, implementation, monitoring improvement. Also, knowledgeable on management systems and experienced in implementing end-to-end processes.
